The Flex-3 is scientifically designed to restore your shoulder's flexibility in all its different directions:
- Extension (reaching backward)
- Abduction (reaching overhead)
- External Rotation (twisting the arm outward)
- Internal Rotation (twisting the arm inward)
Your shoulder joints are precisely stretched while the surrounding muscles become stronger and more pliable, relieving pain and inflammation.
The Flex-3's unique, mechanically guided movement is far more effective than free-style exercise for restoring your shoulder function and reducing pain.

Your shoulder girdle is the most flexible part of your body but it can gradually become stiffer and weaker with age. The muscles and tendons that move your shoulder, known as the "rotator cuff", can become inflamed and painful.
As time goes on, your shoulder can slowly lose so much flexibility that it actually becomes immobile or "frozen", a very serious and disabling condition.
"A few years ago, for no reason I started getting neck and shoulder pain. Over time my shoulder became stiffer and more painful. I couldn't dress myself or comb my own hair. The pain was excruciating. An orthopedist told me that I had developed Frozen Shoulder. The medications weren't helping so he scheduled me for manipulation under anesthesia.
He said that during the procedure I would be sedated and he would stretch the shoulder to tear the scar tissue and free it up. I was actually gowned and set up in the O.R. when I panicked and jumped off the table. I told the surgeon I wasn't going to go through with it.
I started working with the Flex-3 soon after that. At first, my shoulder barely moved but over time I made steady progress. Today I can move my shoulder without any pain or restriction. I'm more than 95% better and I am thrilled with how far I've come.
The Flex-3 really helped me put my life back together. I was in such horrible shape to start so if I can do it anybody can. If you have Frozen Shoulder please try Flex-3."
